Further to the postponement of the Paris Motorcycle Show, a few modifications have been made to the Paris Cycle Show programme in the technical guide that you received, namely:
• VIP Evening: Cancellation of the VIP evening on Thursday 1 October.
• Show setup:
For the bare stands, from 8.00 am on Monday, 28 September.
For the fitted stands, from 7.00 am on Tuesday 29 September to 12.00 midnight on Thursday 1 October.
• During setup, all vehicles are to be parked outside Hall No. 3. Exhibitor parking (Parking C) will be available as from 2 to 5 October.
• The Organisers’ office will be open from 2.00 pm on Tuesday 29 September to 12.00 noon on Tuesday 6 October.

STANDARD STAND SETUP (fitted carpet – signs)
We must receive Purchase Order No. 5 to carry out the work.
New send-by date: Monday 21 September
Beyond this date, we will consider that you want neither fitted carpet nor signs for your stand. |

| We would like to remind you that audio presentations are not permitted at the stands during the professional day, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on Friday 2 October, and from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm on Monday 5 October. |
